Community and Business membership starts with attending at least 2 open-for-all events in person, and then an application that real people read. We are gauging whether there is a fit, against respect, simplicity and honesty. A referral from a member helps and is not required.
An invoice is only issued after an application is approved. Nothing on this page can be bought today.

Prices are in naira and are the published figures. A person can hold a Community and a Business membership at the same time — they are different groups on different platforms, not tiers of one thing.
Free to join
The ways in that cost nothing
TheGrid Associate
A broadcast and inquiries group, free to join, and the entry-level guild for potential members. It grants access to events and sessions.
TheGrid Air
A free tag inside the Community group for members who are not currently subscribing. You keep the room without the package.
TheGrid Business Air
The same idea on the Business side — a free tag for brands in the group who are not on a paid package.

How people join
Come to an open event
Some of what we run is open to everyone, no membership needed. Turn up, and we will have met.
Come to a second one
Two open events is the threshold. It is not a formality — it is how we get to know each other in person first.
Apply
Tell us which group fits and a little about yourself. A referral from a member helps, and is not required.
We talk it over
Applications are reviewed by people, not a form. We are looking for respect, simplicity and honesty. Not everyone is a fit, and that is alright.
You are in
Once you are approved we send an invoice, and after that an invite to the group itself.
